How do I pay my bill?

Pay by mail: Bend Sentry Storage. 1291 SE Wilson Bend, OR 97702 Please include your storage unit number on your check or money order.

Pay by auto bill or set up bill pay with your bank

Pay in person: Pay your bill at Bend Sentry Storage during office hours; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with cash, check or credit card. You’ll get a piece of chocolate when you do.

Pay by telephone: We can take a credit card or debit card number over the phone.

After Hours: Drop in mail slot at bottom of office door. Be sure to include unit number.

What size units are available?

Units range from 5’x5’ to 12 x40’ Ceiling heights range from 9’ in our smaller units to 11’ in our larger units. Our access doors are all 8’ high

Do you require a deposit or any other up front fees?

Yes We charge a one time $15 Admin fee. Your month to month due date begins the day you sign up.

Do you sell moving supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes, locks, mattress covers, tape and bubble wrap at low cost.

Does Bend Sentry provide locks?

Yes, When you move in, we will supply you with a high quality anti theft disc lock. No one else has a key to that lock - just you. If you prefer to provide your own lock, you're welcome to do so, with the approval of the manager.

Does Bend Sentry have access to my unit?

No. You are the only one with access to your unit.

Do you have climate-controlled units?


What’s the difference between an indoor Access unit and a drive-up unit?

Indoor units are protected from the elements. They are accessed from inside a hallway. Drive-up units are open to the outside and offer the convenience of drive-up access with roll up overhead doors.

Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?

Our longer storage units are certainly capable of storing automobiles and boats. Keep in mind that all roll-up doors are a maximum of 8’ feet. This precludes storing larger boats and RV’s inside a unit. We do not have outdoor parking space available for larger boats and RV’s.

How far in advance can I reserve a storage unit?

We will hold any unit for 5 days or you can be put on our waiting list up to 30 days

What about moving out? Do you need advance notice?

When you vacate your unit be sure the unit is left unlocked and broom clean. A 10 day vacate notice is required, this helps with our waiting list. Please let us know on your move out day in order to vacate you out.

When can I access my storage unit?

7 days a week, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. except for Thanksgiving and Christimas, the facility is closed.

What are Bend Sentry gate access hours and office hours?

Gate hours are 6am to 9pm 7days a week except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Office hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat & Sun 10am -4pm

If I rent a storage unit from you, can my spouse, kids or friend have access, too?

Yes. At the time you rent we’ll ask you to specify in writing who else should have access to your unit.

If I lose my key and/or forget my access code what do I do?

Call for assistance during regular business hours. If you lose your key, we can cut your lock for a $25 fee and you can buy a replacement lock from Bend Sentry Storage for $12.

Do I need to insure my things?

This is optional and can be purchased separately or check with your home owners/renters insurance coverage. Bend Sentry Storage does not cover your stored items.

What documents do you require?

You will need to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification (e.g., driver’s license, state ID or passport).

Do you have handcarts or dollies I can use at your facilities?


Can I rent in person, or on the telephone?

You would need to come in person to rent the unit.
